    IN SOME VIDEOS, THEY USE OCEANIC BASALT STONE IN MAKING BREADS. IT RETAINS MORE HEAT THAN OTHERS.

    The bread looks really delicious baked in that manner & since it bakes fairly quickly it must have a wonderful texture as well!
