Strange Doll House Remodeled Into a Dream Home | Flip or Flop | HGTV

Tarek and Christina are contacted by a homeowner in Garden Grove, California, about a house they want to quickly sell off the market. The house needs a lot of work, and has strange rooms everywhere which could spell disaster when trying to get permits. Can Tarek and Christina rebuild this dated house into a dream home, or will troubles threaten this doll house flip?

Flipping team Tarek and Christina have viewers on the edge of their seats as they purchase dilapidated properties for cash, sometimes sight unseen, and then renovate and flip them for resale. From the nail-biting purchase at auction, to the sometimes-exasperating renovations, discouraging showings and exhilarating sale, will they Flip or Flop?

  1. Send him to Pakistan i will teach him how to negotiate with the help of rpg

  2. They did what they do best… take a mess and bring order, openness and quality renovation to the property. Excellent!! ????????????????

  3. How can a house be sold without the buyer being told whether or not the additions were permitted? Does the state just ALLOW that? Everywhere I've lived, state law requires a seller to disclose any issues, and the sale can be voided if the buyer finds disasters the seller tried to ignore or conceal.

  4. I don't get used to that muddy outdoor colours.
Must be an old episode because of the baby.

  5. I’m pretty sure I’ve watched this before, and it wasn’t too long ago either!
