  1. You are a true blessing Mr. Rollins. I’ve gone through a lot in the last year. Struggling with depression and having my first health scare. Your videos always make me smile. Please keep up the amazing work. May God always bless you, Shannon, and the dogs. Love from South Carolina.

  2. OH MY!! That looks Amazing!! I used to do the egg in a hole french toast thing , for my boys when they were little . Never thought of adding sausage. So I am Gonna try your Creation, Never go wrong with cheese and sausage!! thanks for all you do and your inspiration and may God Bless you and your family>

  3. Careful with that cheese otherwise you may find yourself a chewy cheezit snack under there. But I was just wondering where the shredded hash-browns are? Looks tasty though!

  4. Egg in a Hole sandwich was known as a Guy Kibbee back in the 1930s after the popular comic actor made one in a movie. For a shortcut, Walmart has Great Value precooked frozen maple sausage patties about the size of a hamburger patty that should work almost as good as your homemade patty.

  5. And I thought I was going off the hook by taking my two of my egg-in-a-holes and making them into a grilled cheese sandwich. That cut-out-and-replace is genius, sir! Thank you for all your wonderful cooking ideas and the delightful warmth of your personality as it shines in your videos.

  6. I have never heard of an egg in a hole sandwich. I I always just fried up some sausage, then crumbled it, and poured on a beaten egg with cheese in it. Make a quick and easy one skillet sandwich.

  7. Hey Kent, when are you and Shannon coming up to Washington state?? U have a lot of people that watch your channel

  10. Very tastey looking. Nice Shannon cameo. Hope your book tour goes well for you both.

  11. My grandma in Apache, Oklahoma always said to crack eggs on a flat surface because the shell stays more intact and you don't get the little bits of shell you get from cracking on an edge. Of course she also said if you do get some shell you can just keep that news to yourself! I sure do miss her!

  12. Kent, great recipe & looks delicious , my problem is gonna be it will take me longer as I'll need 3 sammiches. I do have a good assortment of cast iron cook ware, & a16 inch skillet one, I may be able to make 2 at once, GodBless ya'll
