Shitty customer service and company policy,I ordered a physical card and it didn’t arrive, I contacted the customer service to send another card since I moved to another Airbnb , they ask me to provide proof of address, are you fucking kidding me , I didn’t even have to provide proof of address when registering my account. And now they blocked my account and said I won’t able to apply any other account but still send me junk mails 💩💩💩💩
