  1. I hope someone can answer this question! I'm a beginner so I'm not quite certain at which point of my work out I should include this, at the beginning or at the end? I am doing ballet fitness at the moment which is very strenuous for the muscles but doesn't really involve cardiovascular exercises. Thanks!
