Having your mental health, and positive energy as a priority during your recovery certainly was one of the best choices you made, and the best way to handle such a difficult diagnosis. I’ve been dealing with horrible health issues for years, but your amazing cooking videos always brought a smile to my face, and was always a nice break from my often miserable, and excruciatingly painful reality, and always a great reminder to try and stay positive no matter the depths of the misery that I am suffering…
Nothing improves your health with negativity, depression, and anxiety, reducing any of those helps alleviate so much unnecessary suffering, and just makes you feel a little bit better, a little bit more sane, no matter what’s going on…
Be kind to yourselves, and give yourself as much grace and compassion as you would to your best friends, and loved ones! Thanks to everyone for making this such a positive space for everyone!
