  1. I thought the outside of the old house was kind of cute but the new place is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS.

  2. Beautiful place! Love her eye for design. She’s a smart cookie! I don’t blame her for separating from Legacy, he’s lazy. ????‍♀️

  3. What I like about her? she knows excatly what and how she wants it…she s got a plan …just like Tarek und Christina???? this is an absolut dreamhome

  4. Nice job. The kitchen stone looks great. But I agree that the look of the random fake grass around the pool detracts from the aesthetics of the yard.

  5. I don’t understand these two. She clearly has the design ideas and knows how to manage contractors. He understands the market and what their house is worth—which offers to take and how to negotiate. If they each stick to what they’re good at, they can make a killing together. When he tries to get involved with the build and when she tries to meddle with the marketing side of things they cost themselves money. But as a partnership they are dynamite. I think going their separate ways is a mistake. But I wish them both the best.

  6. My dear lady hope you did not break that kitchen counter all by yourself, not because you are young now you will feel it later, with all that said, it’s a beautiful home
