This video ASSUMES the shocked boy didn’t give consent to be fired at. If he gave his consent to fired at, then of course assumptions of risk would apply b/c the danger is obvious!
@imnotagamer22
Some laws are so freggin corny.

My brother is just like the dude operating the bow so I can almost certainly bet that this dude saw nothing wrong. Mostly judging this based on his face after his friend showed him how close he came to killing or injuring his friend. My point is that when my brother would do stuff like this because he saw that I didn’t get hurt because I was smart enough to see that it was about to go wrong he can’t understand why I would be pissed off because I didn’t get hurt he literally can not comprehend that if I had not been thinking about possibilities I would have been badly hurt. That kid would literally had of let the arrow puncture his chest for his friend to see why his actions have consequences. I probably just butchered any chance of understanding what I was saying but oh well
@ryanrautenberg6092
No, he was expecting to get shot at, but not with the fully drawn bow. Thats why he looked shocked when his friend pulled it for full force, and that it almost punched completely throught the target board.
@mafketeltje1988
worst part is the friend laughing instead of being surprised from his own actions….. that friend aint no friend for sure
@franchisefred4066
Black folks really do speak another language do they 😂😂😂
@thebeardedbeerguy8444
Ya he ain't my friend no more if he did tthat and just laughed
@KalijahAnderson
Are we sure about all of this? I mean in the video he clearly NAILS the bullseye on the target when both the shooter and the one holding the target seem to move unexpectedly. This seem rather well practiced or just an insanely lucky shot.
@Irate_Beau
had something not-so-similar but the same ballpark. dude pointed a gun at me pulled the trigger. i didnt know it was empty.
@yajy4501
Yeah, you might wanna watch that friend. We all make at least a handful of reckless mistakes as part of growing up, but releasing an arrow at your friend is beyond the pale.
@uwuloluwu
Attempted murder
@phishENchimps
There are people in this world that purposefully allow accidents to happen. Sociopaths that never get caught because… it was just an accident.. no charges.
@Macheese00
How did my cousin and I using a bow and arrow unsupervised at 9 yo have more common sense than two I assume 13 or 14 yo from today. Are you all actually retrded?
@Spartanus7300
Also… Never aim at anything. you're not willing to destroy.
@QuadroKiller
That thing goes like 100+km/h 💀
@jumpingsloth3963
I would not hang out with that guy anymore.
@phantomsrage6523
that much of a draw is intended murder bruh
@ENemy_SHpotted
Idk if it was that he wasn’t gonna shoot the arrow I think maybe they agreed to not knock the arrow all the way aka pull the string all the way.
@kurtdowding3762
Is there anything in the law about "willful stupidity"?
@zachouch1315
Can't sue if you're dead. But you sure as hell can cull the gene pool! 😅
@samwaller4092
That guy didn't expect full draw shot. That guy should find new friends
@6laireau
Obvious danger ‼️
@dewwwd3431
Why is your mouth so damn big
@jorgecastillo2391
Isn’t there a law against this similar to what makes Russian roulette illegal that makes the participants involved guilty as well even if they do win? A similar thing could occur here and when you’re playing RR, all the players are fully aware of the risk
@briskbronco8292
All I see here are tweedle dumbass about to earn a Darwin Award, and tweedle dingleberry about to commit a murder.
@oo131193oo
Maybe putting a metal plate on the back is a good idea… It may be done in a way so that it is not obvious that there is a metal plate on there.
