  1. 5 points is to much of a gap for spot on. It should be 3, that way there is still a chance for a tie with out getting a guess spot on. Once Mike got the spot on the only way for Jamie to come back would have been to get it spot on.

  2. Straylya (Avo on wholewheat toast w/poached egg atop), South Africa (putu pap & mealie bread), Chile (Empanadas), Norway (Rømmgrøt, Brown Cheese, Milk & Bread).
That ought to keep those "orrid" normals guessing for a bit

  3. i thought the sesame rings were from germany…because i knew i had seen them before… turns out thats because they are popular in turkey and weve got a lot of folks who descended from turkish immigrants…and that brought us a lot of their great specialty foods – and thats where ive seen them a lot: turkish grocers^^

also – i really want to try the flattened rice, that looked delicious^^

  4. i was so hopeing it wasnt "obwarzanek" from poland. the second i mean. it didnt look like one or i had a stroke

  5. I'm surprised they had kuy teav, but I'm super happy to see it as a Cambodian ????

you tried your best with the pronunciation, Ben

  6. Somehow, I got Cambodia not from having travelled there, but for my friend who did go there giving such a good description of their food!

  7. I love how quickly you guys got into this game!! Within 10 seconds they're introduced to the first dish, fucken amazing!!

  8. 5 points on success feels ever so slightly excessive, since it mostly negates future competition. even if you win 3 rounds afterwards with a non-hit, you can't even tie.

  9. isn't 5 points for spot on a tad bit too much, maybe consider it being 3 points like in football, that way the other contester has at least a chance for a draw if nothing else.

  10. Great format once again! Keep up the good work guys & the Sorted team! ????????

  11. I'm so sad i'm late to the upload but it was fun to play along, the combodia breakfast i was sure was vietnamesiska, I was sure of it, it wasn't sadly but to get the country next to it is a high score from me!

Also got me thinking of my own countrys breakfast(Sweden) and i couldn't really figure it out but maybe it's beacuse i'm to close to it! Hope you guys contine to push stuff like this out, really nice to see!

  12. My husband's family is in Surat, Gujarat. We eat lots of poha (which Ebbers called flattened or beatened rice lol) in my home prepared EXACTLY like this. I've never heard anyone use an English word for it.
