  2. for the round of global desserts, from Brasil you should try Quindim. It’s made from egg yolks, sugar and coconut, very popular in the Northeast of Brasil

  3. Most people are taught that "you only need a good job to get rich". These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists

  4. What was that Portuguese dessert called? I don’t think they ever said the name unless I missed it both times I watched that section

  5. Oh I FELT that reaction to Barry slurping out of the sharing bowl. It's like watching someone stick thier fingers into the mayo jar to spread. I usually only find myself rooting against Barry if it's for Mike, and today was no exception!

  6. I get his logic with the chocolate soup, but no. Though I wonder if butter tarts would be something he'd associate with Canada?

  7. It would be fun if they tried uiro from Nagoya next time. It's a really niche dessert / snack even locally. It would be great to see the logic behind where they might think it's from. It doesn't taste like something you'd normally think of for Japan, but the ingredients are very local and it's super easy to make.

  8. Never heard of any of those, but the guava and quince tart sounds phenomenonal and I have guava in the back paddock.

  9. Should de classic French Canadian dessert, pete des soeurs, which literally translates to nuns farts.
