When I was in high school, I used to love going to the mall just to hit the food court. Teriyaki chicken was hands-down one of my favorite items. Since I don’t have as much time to go to the mall these days, I made some teriyaki chicken at home and it is delicious! It’s quite easy to make too, so try this recipe out and let me know how much you love it.
A cup of sugar for me would be a little too sweet, so I'll reduce mine to 2~3 tablespoons . That looks delicious otherwise! Thank you for sharing! ????
Please no cornstarch! Just add soysauce sauce and then stir fry the chicken until evenly being coated. If you want it as Teriyaki Rolls style, add mayo and sprinkle seaweed powder on it. I recommend Kewpie's or Hellmann's.
