Great to see mama get her own vids! One of my favourite dishes, though my ma uses lime leaves and lemon grass as well and grill the meat to collect its juices – looking forward to seeing more dishes that remind me of home mama Noi! Ooo and sticky rice in a little woven bamboo container with your name on it!
