    I can’t stand cooked tomatoes (it’s mostly a texture issue) but I adore seeing people cook things they love lol

    My mother would make this EVERY sunday with a hot cup of moroccan tea, the best memories❤️ this is her recipe which i still use today;

    – 1 or 2 white onions, sliced
    – 3 fresh tomatoes, diced
    – 1 green turkish pepper
    – 1 tsp minced garlic
    – 1 tsp ras el hanout
    – 1 tsp smoked paprika
    – 1 tsp black pepper
    – 1 tsp turmeric
    – 1 tsp cumin
    – salt
    – eggs (based on how many people are eating, we usually do 4)
    – parsley and coriander

    Bake the onions, tomatoes, green peppers until goldenbrown and add the minced garlic and all the herbs/spices. Lastly add the eggs and put the lid on to let them cook.
    Eat it with fresh turkish or Moroccan bread and sweet tea ????????
