I always make fried rice (without the lobster), and I often put the garlic first before anything elseAm I in the wrong?
I said the exact same thing 25hrs ago, I made my best ever fried rice, a few pointers in here that I will take on board for my next one. 👍
So glad to see you humanely dispatched the lobster before boiling it. FAR too many people put live lobsters into boiling water.
Does it make sense to sautee both onion and spring onion? I feel like you could also use one of the two for the onion flavour.
I boiled a lobster as a treat for my cat once, it was a horrendous stench and i will never do it again.
