    I always feel like if you don't mix the cheese and the steak and you just kinda melt it on top, you don't have a cheesesteak, you have a "steak and cheese".

    That's a lovely cheesesteak. But it's not a philly cheesesteak. Roll is too hard, no need for a horseradish sauce. Removing the ends is a sin.

    It's still a cheesesteak. Probably a tasty one. Ain't no Philly Philly though.
