The Dish For When You’re Out of Ideas

https://hot-thai-kitchen.com/gai-lan-oyster-sauce/

This gai lan stir fry is one of the most frequently made veggie dishes in my house because it is an “ahaan sin kid” for me. P.S. In Thailand, the national ahaan sin kid is pad gaprao (holy basil stir fry).
What’s your “ahaan sin kid”?

My issue is that I don't have the kitchen to do a proper stir fry, but it would 100% be anything stir fried with white rice.

For me it has to be mushroomsoup as i always have wild mushrooms in my freezer😊

For me it's chickpeas with tomato sauce ("passata di pomodoro") and fresh rosemary, eaten with bread. It's pretty quick: mince garlic, fry it in EVO oil for a minute, add a good share of passata, a bit of water, precooked chickpeas and a small spring of rosemary; let it cook 5 minutes and adjust with salt and pepper.
    So comforting!

I love chickpeas, so I often have half an open box in the fridge, and passata is a staple in Italy. I can basically make this anytime I need to lol (and sometimes I WANT TO).
