  1. Please fix Australian food. Melbourne is terrible. We need a Joshua Weissman revolution lol

  2. This may sound odd, but for sum reason everytime i cook chicken thighs its almost too juicy. I get it to the proper temperature so i know for a fact its done. But it always comes out almost too tender and juicy, do the entire meal im fighting losing my appetite over fear of salmonella. Does this make any sense?

  3. PLEASE make this a series, a macro friendly series for people who want to eat healthier but don't know where to start! Especially for weight loss and/or muscle gain.

  4. An air fryer makes meals kik this super simple and just as quick if not quicker.

  5. I got real nervous when I saw the new cam angle and slow mo. But, the new angles and the slow motion didn't really change your style or the content where I was like "God just saw the same take 100xs" Really enjoyed this video 😊

  6. Nice!! I wanted to see you eat it to see what the method is. Mix or eat everything separately?

  7. 2:54 watching this section, you should do a knife skill video for this channel (different cuts, tips, sharpening, etc) maybe redo some of the old content and make it fresh for the new channel 🤷🏻‍♂️

  8. Go to sarku Japan if you don’t have the time to cook this. Same but the chicken will taste 100 times better

  9. More of these healthy dishes so that I get inspired to cook healthy instead of cooking like shit every week

  10. Hey Josh! When washing rice I tip it into a sieve and then bang it back into the bowl! It is handy for us unco-ordinated people who keep tipping out some rice with the water.

Love your work! Been a fan for 7 ish year now. From NZ keep this thang up ❤
