  8. Real tree better experience. But i cant deny cutting a tree down at 6 ish feet to use for 2 or 3 weeks then burn or trash it seams very wasteful. Even if the tree is farmed for that purpose.

  14. Many things, situations, people can be negotiated, negotiated with.
    Some of these are not to be negotiated, because are correct.
    Some are not negotiable, because very, very wrong.
