Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Italian Sausage
Angel Hair Pasta (I used 1 box)
4 28 oz. cans San Marzano Style Tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Large Green Bell Peppers
5 tsp Minced Garlic or 5 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
2 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp each Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
2 tbsp Branch and Vine Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste

  2. One of the all-time comfort foods. Always put the pasta in the sauce and let it simmer.????

  3. Pasta always into the sauce and let it sit for a while so the pasta can get infused with the sauce. When it comes to what type of pasta I like, it depends on what type of sauce I've made….if it's the typical Americanized meat sauce I prefer Bucatini; it looks like regular spaghetti but it's fatter and has a hole running down the center of the noodle, like a straw. If I make a Bolognaise Ragu sauce I prefer to use Pappardelle pasta; it's a flat wide type of egg noodle that has a course texture that the heavy Bolognaise sauce can really cling on to. But, regardless of what type of pasta and sauce it is….don't put plane pasta on your plate and then slop the sauce on top of it because you're really cutting yourself short when it comes to flavor Vs. soaking the pasta in the sauce for a awhile.

  4. sorry had to not like this video. made a bunch of your stuff. all was goog! but this i cant! bell peppers dont belong in sauce! a 76 year old Italian lady that spoke broken English tought me to make sauce! you have to brown the garlic and with everything! brown the garlic!

  9. Nice. When your jar is sealing, turn it upside down so it cooks off any possible bacteria on the lids.

  10. I prefer my spaghetti separate from the sauce. That way I can control the amount of sauce on my pasta ????
