  1. I just did a leg of lamb on my rotisserie, basting it with an herb butter. I cooked it to med rare, then seared it off. I sliced it with the grain, but with the tenderness, it didn't make a difference as it just melts in the mouth. Sliced it up and threw it on a pita with some veg and tzatziki. So good! You should definitely do one on the new mini chudbox!

  4. Why brine meat? Its complete unnecessary, unless its to leech out all those chemicals, hormones and antibiotics that is pumped into farm animals in the US.
