Gochujang is essential! And in case of an emergency, I can also buy it at my general local grocery store. AH is selling a range of Asian products. Their assortment may be more limited than Amazing Orienthal's, but it's fine.

Josh. WTF would anyone care? You sold out and now returned to your old format. You made your millions. You sold a bunch of books. Honestly, good for you. Everyone needs to pay the rent. Now go away. Stop making videos. You are "Big Success" now. Go play with Bitches in Hollywood and write some asshole memoirs.

Hate how you portion out your seasonings/liquid ingredients in one-use PLASTIC ramekins… it’s all I can focus on in every video😅😭

That "add the dredge to the flour" "trick" is something I learned from Kenji Lopez Alt at least 7 years ago.

by the time the new kitchen came around, the content changed and the main channel was done for my liking. THIS is what i like to see.

So glad you went back to your roots! I’ve been your biggest fan from Toronto since you first started years ago! You’re in my top ranking of chefs. My two boys are great fans. My 15 yr old always comments on how I did a Weismann…using a small bowl… when a big one was needed. Cheers 🇨🇦🍺🍷🇨🇦
