  5. ANSS STOP USING THESE VERY BAD HYDROGENATED CRISCO COOKING OILS, "VEGETABLE" OILS . Its fucking atrocious how many products they are inas well. The excess omega 6 in them dirurbs your mitachondria and can be the single greatest cause of excess fat gain and storage. Ffs. Lard, ghee and buttwr like our hrandparents used to coom with. We NEED those healthy fats and that is also where the flavour is.

    How can you eat essential fats and then from your stomach they magically end up stored as excess fat….thats called sugar, glucose, fructose, starches which convert to sugar like potato and so on. Our world is clueless about this stuff. Sardinia is i the Mediterranean btw Mr American

  6. I aim to only to OMAD (one meal a day) so much better digestion, energy, clear mind, overall feel so much better with no joint pain anymore and no bloating or feeling heavy. I stay away from carbs like bread which is not real bread or real pasta like they have in Sardinia. Organic whole foods. Herbs Garlic, Ginger, Cardamon, Cumin etc I don't think we know how powerful they are. They can kill bad bacterial instantly. I've even it under a microscope.

  10. There was a study done a long time ago: two different groups of rabbits with the exact same diets but one group would get picked up, pet, cuddled and were shown love all lived a lot longer than the rabbits that got no love. love goes a long way. We realize it when we get none.

  11. When eating raw vegetables and fruits. The blood is not cloudy. Foot ball players tested this . Meat clouded the blood . Look it up . 60% of gladiators eat fruit and vegetables.proven also .
