You found there were no problems on the customers end and went right to the source of power. Great work as always

Lol…funny how you fix many things by a Whack … vehicle starters… fuel pump in your tank.

huh, imma grab my multimeter and carefully deduce what's going on at my house. if i really do have a lost neutral somewhere then that would explain a LOT about the lighting.

Two things. First, why in the world would they have called another electrician!?
Second, I have never seen that stick whacking trick in My Life!

If the power company fixes an issue with the transformer, do they make the customer pay for it?

    Wow
    Awesome.
Why does the microwave cause an imbalanced load with a lost neutral?

  7. @MitchellBussear

I GET THESE CALLS ALL THE TIME.
I TAKE reading with minimal power draw, then i put everthing on (A/C, MICROWAVE DRYER, LIGHTS,ELECTRIC OVEN, ETC) THEN TAKE A SECOND READING, IF YOU HAVE A LOOSE NEUTRAL IT WILL SHOW ON THE A AND B LEG WITH DIFFERENT VOLTAGES
