  1. I’m sorry but he has to stand at the end to eat dinner? What is wrong with you people, why didn’t you just get a few foldable chairs? Do you think that was for real or they just said that? Honestly what?

  2. I love the wood slats you added and green paint for a backdrop for the dinning table Easy upgrade on the cabinets made a huge impact. Adding floating shelves in place of that big cabinet visually connecting the rooms and created style. The island is awesome and the new top is beautiful. A fabulous new kitchen with no demo perfect!

  3. Great transformation. The kitchen is more functional and has real style. The woman was a little dynamo. Her daddy will be proud.

  4. I have always hated the wasted space above the kitchen cabinets… this idea of adding 12" cabinets is sheer genious! The dining area is cute and practical too. Thanks for the ideas.

  5. @20:17, there was always room in that kitchen for a dining table, so don't understand why the couple couldn't see it. I don't care for this particular makeover, but that is a proper kitchen with walls, a door and plenty of cabinets without an open shelf in sight.

  6. Monica, I love this kitchen!! The black cabinets are gorgeous!! Great job AGAIN!!!!! 😍👏 I’m not alone in saying welcome back, you were soo missed!

  7. Not my personal style, but it's very well executed. I love the appliance panels. Finally, an opportunity beyond white, almond, black or stainless steel!

  8. Great job. Only thing I would change is to add a light over the dining table. The wall treatment much more affordable than shiplap and more unique and won't be so dated 10 years from now. TFS

  9. Not only is this kitchen absolutely stunning, I also love that Monica is able to match the design to the needs and wants of her customers!! Not every designer can do that and she is just fantastic at it ❤

  10. Wow… in a weekend. Now I feel shamed into no longer putting off the remodel that I've started. The biggest thing that I've been worrying about is how to deal with MY honey oak cabinets and you've just given me all the confidence that I need to go ahead and paint them.

  11. 12:16 I’d have to wear hardware gloves if I’m gonna use powertools👐👐🧤🧤🧤🧤😅😅😅😅😅😅
