  1. Try medium-boiled duck eggs instead of fried eggs on the first menu. My mom often made it like that and it’s chef’s kiss.

  2. Met Derek many years ago in California and was possibly the most stoned man I’d ever seen in my life. It was truly remarkable. He was kind.

  3. Dude, been missing some Thai!! These are eye opening and need to find a local restaurant that has these… or just stop being a lazy pos and make it myself

  4. I’m so happy to see someone create Laab! I’m lao and my family always called it goi but it’s my boyfriend’s favorite Thai/Lao dish I make. And it’s so easy because all you have to do is cook the meat ^^

  5. Oh how I miss Thai foods!!! I grew up in Thailand. I'm looking for a recipe with mangos hot peppers and I forget what else. It's kinda like a paste. Our cook use to do it outside with the mortar thing. We had so many mango trees n coconuts. ❣️❤️Much Love to you all!!

  6. Love learning more about different cuisines here! Wondering what kind of bag that was in the beginning? The "Diesel"

  7. Wow! Great dishes. Thank You for inviting your friend Derek Lucci (the Chef)!!!!

  8. Also, eating out of the same bowl while COVID is surging again doesn't seem like the brightest move.

  9. Thanks Derek, it was nice to see some special Thai cooking. And to you Mike, thanks for all the good content!!!
