The real issue is how he used that recipe, tasted it, said it was good when he knew it tasted bitter, and still decided to upload it. I'm all for people correcting themselves but it seems he only did so because people complained.
Why are you calling it lemonade while youโre using limes? I canโt wrap my head around that. To me it would be Brazilian limeade..

The other way is fine. You just gotta strain it multiple times

overblending with the white is whatโs causes it to go bitter
Only have to blend for a few seconds 10-20 max
Was it bitter for u when u made it the other time?
