Looks good but I'd like to think that an expensive restaurant like that, they would wear plastic gloves when they handle and cut the food for the plates. Dirty fingernails and hands. Yuk

I ate here during my time in DC. It was literally the worst Michelin restaurant experience I've had. Every dish was a total miss, with conflicting and confusing flavors. I sought a takeaway cause I couldn't finish the meal, and they even forgot my takeout. Definitely do not recommend it.
Mise En Place and Smoke Point are great shows.
That sous chef has no ragrets.
