This “Healthy” Food Is Actually Ruining Your Gut! Avoid It!

Think yogurt is always healthy? Think again!
Most store-bought “fruit” yogurts are packed with:

⚠️ Artificial & “natural” flavors (aka: NO real fruit!)

⚠️ Bactericidal additives that kill probiotics

⚠️ Fat removed + sugar added = gut-wrecking combo

⚠️ Often includes high-fructose corn syrup & other processed junk!

You’re expecting gut-healing probiotics…
But you’re getting a sugary dessert dressed as health food.

Here’s the better way:

✅ Use whole-fat Greek yogurt

✅ Add real blueberries

✅ Mix in a bit of monk fruit sweetener
It tastes amazing — like a healthy Ben & Jerry’s — but supports your gut, not wrecks it!

Wow…another YouTube “health expert” just posted video saying “Greek yogurt is highly processed, stay away from.” ??

Make your own whole pastured milk yogurt. Ferment 24 hours instead of 8 and you'll get a lot more probiotics. I add in some heated frozen cherries. Yum. (google SCD yogurt for instructions – I use an instant pot – super easy)

For the people crying in the comments:
Step one buy actual joghurt, not some artificial candy shit.
    Step two add fruits
    Step three …
    Profit

  4. @kasper7203

Yeah but adding disgusting fruit to yoghurt makes me want to throw out the yoghurt.

All shelf yogurt is a "dead food" because they're all pasturized, killing all the "probiotics" in it. Adding fruit just adds extra sugar and some antioxidants.

Why anyone would buy low fat food is beyond me…do not eat denatured stuff…(it’s not food)

I had a bucket of strawberry flavoured yoghurt I forgot in my fridge for about 4 years because I thought the bucket was full of olives. I opened the bucket 2 days ago and the yoghurt was the same as 4 years ago. Frozen in time 😢

This guy is not an expert. Natural flavor can be two flavors mixed together, ie: mangoes and strawberries. If the mixture is 1:1 it is labeled as "Natural flavors"

What about the Chobani keto high protein yogurt? Thats been my go-to. Can't afford to buy at the local organic yuppie grocery.

Get Fage yogurt not that fake Chobani .
True greek yogurt is healthy and has amazing taste.

Depends, if you get true greek yogurt and not and amercan cheap copy, then yes thats the best.
