    Pretty cool. I never thought about it like that. I've cooked a bunch of steaks in cast iron that turned out great but I like the precision aspect

    I literally proved his first tip wrong the last 2 dinners in a row. Half the thickness. Got overseared on 2 edges. Still rare/medium-rare.

    I am not a chef. I am just clearly more experienced with a cast iron than this noob.
