AsparaKatsu💚✨Crispy, juicy, my favorite early summer treat! Recipe💁♀️ You’ll need: • 10 asparagus spears • 1 egg • 100g flour • 2 tbsp water • Panko • Oil for frying ・ 2 tbsp UMAMI SAUCE ・ 2 tbsp ketchup
How to make: 1. Trim and peel the bottom 3–5cm of the asparagus. 2. Mix egg, flour & water for the batter. 3. Dip, coat with panko, and fry till golden!
This is a nostalgic dish from my Kyoto days☺️👘I used to order it all the time at my favorite kushikatsu spot🍽️❤️ Found some beautiful thick asparagus @wholefoods today and just had to make it again! I honestly think this is the yummiest way to enjoy asparagus! 💫
