INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Flour
½ Tspn Black Seed
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water
Make Dough
Rub Some Oil
Keep Aside
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
½ Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
½ Tspn Cumin
1 Green Chilli
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
½ Tspn Lemon Juice
Take Some Dough
Roll
Divide Into 8 Equal Part
Potato Stuffing
Spread Water At The Edges
Fold As Shown
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry In Low Flame
Fry For 10-12 Min.
