  2. This is what always amuses me as a vegan when people ask me about protein or how to eat enough or feel full. Beans and other legumes are the answer. A single meal of something potatoes and beans can give enough energy and endurance for a whole a whole day of labor intensive work.

  6. True! Ideally you should use fresh or dry beans (not in a can) and no genetically modified beans. But yes it should be part of a healthy diet twice a week.
