  1. My own "live and learn" to add here is that final, signed client buy-in has to come before fabrication. Guessing here – but they probably could take the extra $7K for something closer to their vision.

  2. Your sarcasm filled commentary really keeps me hooked, but still nothing beats your build. Great build as usual, really beautiful.

  3. These last 2 pieces to come out of the shop have been next level! Also can’t wait for my pencil!

  4. I love every piece you make, honestly I wish I can fast forward time to the next video. Shaun your up! Nice work fellas

  5. I was thinking about how I wanted to build a round table for my dining room. Round because my wife says round. Then stumbled upon this video today. And now it seems like way too much work! (lol, j/k). Anyway, great video – I always enjoy them.

  6. You made something really nice. I think I might cut out some random shaped reinforcement shapes to send to you. With no return address. Just to mess with you.

  7. I love your build videos, but I’m not typically the biggest fan of modern style furniture.

That said, I love this piece, and I believe it to be among your best. Well done.

  8. As a person who runs a furniture department I just love the design, especially the legs.

I love how u added there comment at the end….just hope it was for laughs.

  9. The top looks good, a great piece of timber, it's a circle, so what is there to say. But the legs, they look fantastic! Just stunning. In a way, I think that they would also suit a plate glass top, all the better to see them. Wonderful work.

  10. Gotta say this is easily one of my favorite builds from you, and potentially the best thing you've made on this channel. The base design is really incredible! Makes me want to switch the biscuit jointer to the domino, it might be time.

  11. That is one wicked leg base budd! You should be proud of this one. You and Sean sure have been growing and improving over the years, and I must say that I am impressed! I will admit that I am in the cant stand Domino category. I I'd rather just go with mortis and tenon with draw board pegs. Yes it takes far more time, and the Domino provides simplicity and speed. But theres nothing like traditional joinery once you get the hang of it.

  12. That table is stunning dude, love it, love the legs, you hit it out of the park.

  13. That is god damn beautiful! Woodwork as art, respectful of the beauty of the timber with a design which is at once contemporary and timeless. The cost is undeniably higher than a cheap mass produced piece but as Marie Kondo would say this would "spark joy" in the owners everytime they interact with it and would easily outlast them. The black epoxy really compliments the walnut and the keyhole void between the legs is perfection.
