    It's not good for those on the low fodmap diet. Filled with oligos, short chain carbohydrates that are hard for the body to digest.

    Written in the Qur'an. Thousands of years ago. Figs, olives, and dates. Consume daily. I have so many centenarians in my bloodline. They all had consumed these three (olives and figs soaked in olive oil) for generations. Mediterranean style.

    Don't be judgemental. I don't care about published studies anymore. They say one thing today, and the opposite the next day.

    F it, really. I'll stick to what is in front of my eyes. 42 years old here. 85 kilos with close to 12% body fat. Have never used any drugs, yet alone supplements except creatine. Training heavy (170 kg bench x 1 rep). Eating healthy. Dates (Khalas), olives and olive oil (Turkish), dried figs (Turkish, without sulphur), pomegranate arils (50gr), wild blueberries (50 gr), and sour cherries (50 gr). Daily prayers. 6 hour sleep.

    Just have self-respect not to consume junk food. Enjoy what you want to every now and then. Keep it simple.

    In 5 years we all going to hear that Protein is not the source we actually needed to built muscle but Carbs..then after another 10 years they will come to a conclusion that just FARTING is enough to built muscle 😂😂..
