Tie-dye pattern P194 : Elements

A lot of changes take place where the elements meet. Lava and ocean creating new land, affecting the balance between earth and atmosphere.

𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠:
This design is created by first folding the shirt using the spiral technique. Once you’ve successfully twisted the fabric halfway through you can then crumple the edges of the shirt.

𝐃𝐲𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Start by dyeing a wedge shape starting from the center of the spiral and extending to the edge of the shirt. Add an analogous color on each side of the wedge. Next, dye another wedge opposite from the first one and also add it’s analogous color. Finally, fill in the rest of the fabric with black dye.
