I think this is the kind of video your channel was missing before you went offline. I think most folks would prefer to see the restaurant stuff on another channel and keep the main channel for recipes, tutorials, tips and techniques.
Yup that takes years of constant practice to get it at the exact weight or plus or minus a few grams.
