    Tomato Pickle Recipe:
    Ingredients:-
    800g Tomatoes,
    3 tbsp Mr Gold Gingelly Oil,
    1 tsp Salt,
    1 tsp Turmeric powder,
    40g Tumarind,
    Saute well for 10 to 12 mins on medium flame,
    Kept cool and grind well,

    2 tbsp Gingelly Oil,
    ½ tsp Mustard seeds,
    ⅙ tap Asafoetida,
    15 to 18 Garlic cloves (Chopped),
    1½ tbsp Chilly powder,
    Grinded Tomato paste,
    ¼ cup Tomato water,
    add 3 tbsp Gingelly Oil,
    ¼ tsp Fenugreek powder,
    Saute and cook for 10 mins,
    Once cooled, store in an airtight glass jar.
    This Pickle can be used for 30 to 45 days.
