  4. this is just way to fast, yoga is about taking it slow and really breathing into your positions and there is barely a breath being taken between each position 

  5. That was great. I just started this yesterday and I can already do the Raven pose. This didn't really tax my body the way the Balanced Strength Routine did which I have to say I really enjoyed a lot more. I'm just very relaxed and calm now and that would be great, if that was what I was looking for but I was hoping for the euphoric feeling I got after the Balanced Strength Yoga routine I did yesterday. I never would've guessed I would be into the more exhausting type of yoga. 🙂 Thank you!
