  2. What a dream life to have creative freedom doing something you love and financially supporting that passion. Awesome

  3. We went there when my oldest was 16… he's now almost 40. All four kids still talk about that place… the pirate ship play area with a ship hanging from cables, the man-made (freezing cold) fresh-water pool, the meals in the common area, and the horses. Perfect for memory making.

  7. What a wonderful video featuring the Tree Resort. Michael is probably a genius to have figured out how to build such beautiful tree houses, and some include running water. I would like to learn more about the plumbing aspect. I am delighted that Michael is seeing a return on his investment. What an enchanted resort. And those horses look pretty spirited. They could take you for a good gallup if you’re experienced.

  10. not only does he think outside the box, but he enlarged it and put it in a tree! love it! we have first strawbale house in FL built with a permit and love it for30 yrs.

  13. 6:37 is it just me or this seems incredibly dangerous to stress test the structure with LIVE humans ????????

  16. I like how Oregon has such cool people. I love this guy and his 66 people, two dogs, one cat and a hummingbird stress test. Wonderful!

  18. I think it’s probably ~ $2000 all in for horseback riding, zip lining, games and exploring lots of land (maybe not the groceries you’d want to get) for a long weekend. In addition you can probably pick up a thing or two “at school”, along with some building plans to go back home with.

    Camping in a safer environment without hauling tents and such.

    Kids meet other kids.
    Adults meet other adults.

    Seems like a fantastic and wonderful alternative to Disney vacation.
