I am italian, I always approve Steve, also when he makes changes to recipes he still is spot on. Tuna pasta is a once a week plate in italy.
I have one whereby I use pilchards or sardines… yoo they slap
Do you make the pasta yourself
Personally, tuna with pasta is kinda gross, it was our poormans meal and i just can’t eat it anymore
I'm going to try this but add some fish stock to it
As a tinned fish enthusiast. There are a lot of additional great canned fish options other than tuna. Tuna is cheap, tasty, and healthy and I love it. but also most good quality sardines, think between $3-5, or other fish like smoked trout (Cole’s brand at Walmart for example) make FANTASTIC pasta. Also like any good italian chef knows, anchovies can be mixed in with your sauce as like a salty seasoning to add flavor. Steve you’re the man. Gotta visit Vivaldi! one day
A dash of some kind of tomato sauce, just for stickiness, would help this along in my house, i think.. and the chilli he left out 🙂
Does he not know his aura level?! WHOS GONNA TELL HIM?!?
Can of tuna made in house lmao 😂
need a recipe for these anchovies i got in my fridge
He said a touch of everything but only put 3 ingredients in😂
Cleaning out your pantry doesn't sound as delectable as this dish. Did you use dark, white, solid, flaked, with oil, with water, do you recommend rinsing the tuna from the can first even tho you didn't? Those are just some of the questions I have after watching this combination. It reminds me of puttanesca
Good Friday meal, Try that with a little crushed tomato, then put on polenta…mom used to make it.
