How do you get the strawberries though? Slugs and stuff always get to em.
Fyi, if you live in Western Colorado, you will have to either get a shade screen or make sure your strawberries are in partial shade. The wind and high-altitude sun absolutely destroy berries here.
I bought bare root strawberry plants from Walmart When I opened the bag, they were bundled with a rubber band, brown and brittle and never grew. I buy a six pack from Home Depot, Lowe's or elsewhere and they do well. If you plant them in the ground (mine are in hanging planters) they really spread out. And if you don't kill them, they fruit year after year.
I really like these highly focused mini gardening videos. Thank you
followed for years but now you put your kids in it. i know its not an airport so i dont have to announce my departure, but please reconsider.
Great minds think alike. Iโve done the same thing on my property. Iโve got strawberries everywhere. Iโm starting to give them away to my neighbors. Thanks for sharing.
Wow i need this idea thanks
So cute ๐
If the original plant stops producing as much after a couple years wouldnโt the clone do the same as the original. Donโt clones keep the age of the original plant
Any suggested varieties you can recommend??๐
Your family is so lucky
Looks kind of fun. I think the weeds in my yard would win though. The volunteer weird grape thing that keeps trying to grow out my house is especially aggressive. I should try to see if the grapes are edible but it's ruining my already ruined paint. ๐ข๐
50/$20!? I searched and could only find 20/$20
What is the website to order these?
Squirrels fight me for mine in a hanging basket!
Where do you get the 50 pack of bare roots from?
Plant garlic and chives with your strawberries to avoid pests
