Add salt and oil, mix and leave it aside to infuse. 4. Divide the dough in 8 even parts. Roll each dough into a smooth ball tucking the dough underneath. Place it in a large cast iron or any form that you have leaving gaps in between so the bread balls can rise. Leave it to rise in a warm dark area for an hour or until it no longer springs back. 5. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Brush it with egg wash or vegan milk and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden. Take them out and brush with the garlic oil.

You have to try Bangladeshi dishes, we have many vegetarian options too, spicy but good. There’s dishes called "bhorta" which is mostly vegetarian.

Pampushky
Ingredients:
600g flour (high in protein)
1,5 tsp sugar
8g instant yeast
1,5 tsp salt (10g)
240g water
1 fresh/wet garlic (or 3 garlic cloves)
1 bunch fresh parsley
Salt
4 tbsp neutral oil
1 egg or vegan milk (for brushing)
Method:
