Unbelievable Furniture Flip Inspired by a Wm. Morris Design/Thrift Store Transformation!

In this video, I take on a furniture flip project inspired by the timeless designs of William Morris. Using a vintage piece of furniture I found at a thrift store, I transform it into a stunning and unique piece that perfectly captures Morris’s signature style. Through a combination of paint and peel and stick wallpaper, I give this piece new life while still honoring its vintage charm. Whether you’re a fan of William Morris’s designs or simply looking for inspiration for your next furniture makeover, this video has something for you. I’ll even show you how to replicate and replace wood details that are missing. I made a silicone mold to replicate a large wood chunk missing from the furniture foot! So join me as I turn a forgotten piece of furniture into a beautiful work of art.

  1. I should have mentioned that if you wallpaper the top as I did, you will probably want to seal it because wallpaper will scratch if you move something sharp across it. If I was using this as a coffee bar, I would definitely have sealed the top.

  2. Brilliant job. The bird detail on the drawers was the perfect finishing touch.

  3. I liked your furniture flip! I wish I had your ambition–and skill! Thank you for your weekly entertainment!

  4. Found the best cleaner for brass is lemon and salt. Works amazing and not toxic. Cut lemon put salt on it and rub on brass. No brass cleaner I have ever used has worked so well.

  5. What a Lovely addition to your kitchen! So much more elegant than the previous storage piece.
