NO PASTA VEG LASAGNA
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 10-15 minutes
Serve 2-4

Ingredients
For Filling
2 tsp Olive oil, जैतून का तेल
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
2-3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped, लहसुन
1 inch Ginger (peeled & finely chopped) अदरक
2 large size, Onion, roughly chopped, प्याज
2 large size, Tomato, chopped, टमाटर
2 medium size, Carrot (peeled, dice) गाजर
10-12 French beans, dice, फ्रेंच बीन्स
½ cup Cauliflower, cut into florets, फूलगोभी
½ cup fresh Tomato puree, ताज़े टमाटर की प्यूरी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, काली मिर्च पाउडर

For Assembling
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
few Basil leaves, roughly torn, तुलसी के पत्ते
2-3 tbsp Pizza Cheese blend, चीज़
2-3 leftover Chapati, बची हुई चपाती
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
few Basil leaves, roughly torn, तुलसी के पत्ते
Prepared Filling, तैयार की हुई फिलिंग
few Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
½ tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
½ tsp Chili flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
1-2 tbsp Pizza cheese blend, चीज़
1 tbsp Butter, cube, मक्खन

For Garnish
1 Tomato, slice, टमाटर
few Basil leaves, तुलसी के पत्ते
½ tsp Black peppercorns, crushed, काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Olive oil, जैतून का तेल

Process
For Lasagna
● In a sauce pot, add oil, butter it gets hot then add ginger, garlic, onion and saute it well.
● Add tomatoes and saute for 10-12 seconds on moderate heat.
● Now, add carrot, french beans, cauliflower, tomato puree, salt to taste, sugar, crushed black peppercorns and saute it for 10-12 seconds and cover it with the lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on moderate heat.
● Once vegetables cook well, then switch off the flame and keep it aside for further use.

For Assembling
● In a lasagna pan/baking tray/heavy bottom pan, spread some tomato ketchup and on top of that put some torn basil leaves. Then, add blended cheese to it.
● Now, place the leftover chapati on top and repeat the process again.
● After that add the prepared filling and top it up with Pizza cheese blend, tomato ketchup, coriander sprig, and sprinkle aregano & chili flakes to it.
● Now, again place the leftover chapati on top and add prepared filling to it and finish it with pizza cheese blend and butter.
● Then, bake the lasagna for 3 mins in the microwave.
● Now, garnish it with the sliced tomato, a few basil leaves, crush peppercorn and put in some olive oil.
● And serve hot.

Could you please create a video on something that's not available anywhere on any channel – like the details about different types of cheese. What all kids of cheese are there – cheddar, parmesan, mozarella, processed, feta, mascarapone etc. When to use which cheese? I dont think we Indians understand cheese so much and am always confused which one to buy and which one to use for sandwich/macaroni/pasta etc. One more request – about different kinds of pastas – what is the difference? Which recipe goes with what kinds of pastas? Thanks in advance 🙂

  6. I have been having this since my school days….am 60 now. . we make it the real Indian way… straight in the pan ….rarely in the oven….made in 10 mins…we call it sayal phulko. Our masala proper green chutney with lots of garlic its too good with kukam khatai. The other one is tomatoes pasta style. We sometimes do the same with bread. All in the pan. Best breakfast ever. Yaa there is curd n salad n Papad on the side.

On holidays from school I try one of ur gvn recipe. And the history u explain always make me feel to fall in love with cooking like u.i wish to be a chef as u. This dish is my favourite. We watch your videos in our free times to learn things with all the details. All those who agree please like this comment to let know the master chef and his editor that we want to learn things "barikyo ke Saath" we are not racing against the time. There are still people who believe to learn things the old school way and not the instant Maggie noodles way!!!! Waise Mera pav bhaji ka recipe abhi tak nahi aaya…..
