  5. Does anyone have any advice for ponytail-headaches? I love updos, but I get some serious headaches when I make them. Sometimes I came even stand 30 minutes with the hairstyle because of how annoying it is. If it matters, I do have a sensitive scalp and VERY long, thick hair.
