    Intentionally harbouring cholesterol isn't a good idea. You can promote golden penny margarine without using half a container for a 4 slices of bread.

    Fruits with bread n margarine will ferment in the stomach. Eat your fruits ahead of the food pls. If i do this, i eill toast it or air fry it briefly.
