Here is the detailed recipe of chilli Paneer
*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl take 200g paneer cubes, add 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp salt and 3 tbsp corn flour.
2. Mix it well.
3. Fry the paneer pieces in medium flame.
4. In a pan take 2 tbsp oil, add chopped ginger, garlic and green chili.
5. Add one diced capsicum and onion and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add 2tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp green chili sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp red chili sauce.
7. Add the slurry(corn flour and maida).
8. Mix until it become thick,
9. Sprinkle some white til and serve hot.
10. Your chili paneer is ready. Enjoy
