    Sprouts appe
    Ingredients-
    1. Green moong sprouts 2 cups
    2. Gram flour/besan 1 cup
    3. ⁠Handful of Spinach/Bathua / Any green vegetable of your choice
    4. ⁠Water 1 cup
    4. Ginger 1-2 inch
    5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    6. ⁠Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
    7. Salt to taste
    8. ⁠Oil/Desi ghee to cook
    9. ⁠Baking powder/ ENO salt 1 tsp

    Method-
    1. Blend moong sprouts, besan, ginger and water in a blender to make a smooth batter.
    2. ⁠Then add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt to taste to this batter and mix well.
    3. ⁠Also add a tsp of baking soda to this batter and mix again.
    4. ⁠Now heat the appe pan and brush all the cavities with oil.
    5. ⁠Then fill in all the cavities of this appe pan just below the rim.
    6. ⁠Cover and cook on medium flame until the base becomes firm.
    7. ⁠With the help of a skewer or fork flip and cook on the other side as well.
    8. ⁠To test if they are fully cooked inside, poke them with a fork or a skewer, it should come out clean and not wet or moist with batter.
    9. ⁠Remove them on a plate and serve.

  5. Just one suggestion let this ferment ideallt 4-5 hrs or overnight then u can skip eno. This will ensure b vitamins stay intact n get maximum nutrition. Great story btw
