We Fix a Drafty Window Using @greatstufffoam PRO Window & Door #sponsored

I built a tiny home for one of my employees and he just called me and said his window is drafty.
I might have made this house a little too tiny.
He said he had just vacuumed and asked me to take off my shoes.
Sure enough, I could feel a draft, so I decided to pop off the casing and see what’s going on.
And wouldn’t you know it- we forgot to foam around the window, you can actually see daylight.
I picked up a can of Great Stuff’s PRO Window and Door Foam and one of their Foam Guns.
This gun is so easy to use – it’s got a dial you adjust to control the flow.
Just one can seals up to 16 windows, and it won’t bow the jambs on your windows and doors.
I leave the can attached to the gun- it’s reusable for up to thirty days.
After I rehung the trim- I used Great Stuff’s Window and Door Sealant on all the joints.
This sealant is paintable once it’s dry and can be used on the interior and the exterior.
The New Guy’s going to be snug as a bug in the rug once I’m done with this place.
And best of all he even offered to repaint the trim himself once I was done- can’t wait to see how that turns out. @hausplans

  1. Oh hey, a Senco FinishPro18MG. As far as 18 gauge brad nailers go, those are really solid pick for mid-tier nailguns. Above weekend warrior status, but not so much that it's employed full-time w/ benefits, and the cost and quality reflect that. When it inevitability starts leaking, seek to get it repaired rather than replaced. Almost always worth it, and Senco is pretty good about keeping parts going for even a few years after the gun itself is discontinued.

  2. hes so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  3. As someone who has never seen this channel before, I fully expected the tiny house labeled "beware of dog" to have a raccoon inside. Why? I have no idea.

  4. If all advertisements were this well made, I would watch them all; instead, I skip them AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I have watched this promotional video over and over because it is SO CUTE and very well done!
