  2. This is an amazing series! I can't imagine how long editing had to take. Also the narrating chef is also clear and easy to follow. More please.

  3. Yeah, I know open kitchens and shared tables are somehow the hip thing in the culinary world right now but I much prefer a private table without people shouting and running around me, maybe Iam crazy.

  4. i am illergic to fish or anything out of the sea….but i seen the short rib is cooking on the same plancher as the octopus…..???? ..sureley thats cross contamination……
